Louis Theroux - The night in question

Another excellent documentary tonight from Louis Theroux on BBC. The guy somehow gets people to tie themselves up in all sorts of knots without pressure.
Tonight's was about rape/sexual assault cases at US universities. Incredibly difficult position to put any jury in going by the actual evidence in these cases. Most cases will end up ruining one person's life, either as a sexual deviant or a fake accuser dependant on the verdict.
Main guy in this was clearly a wrongun btw. "She only threw up twice so I didn't think she was drunk" - How the fuck is that a defence?!
